I'm in the market for a better moisturizing deep conditioner. I've been using ORS replenishing for years now, but it doesn't seem to be getting it like it used to. I need something really moisturizing, especially since i'm transitioning. Based on the raves, I figured I'd try one of these. Which of these do you prefer?

eta: For those of you who say other, can you please give some information on what you use and how?

hmm...Probably why the ORS isn't working is because its causing breakage from too much protein. I would probably go with the Coconut Milk. I never used the Shea Butter, but I did add shea butter to my Organix conditioner and it worked wonderfully.

I love ORS replinishing condish. I always mix it with porosity control. It took me 3 years to find a conditioner that worked for my hair and NOTHING I've tried does it like these two do it.

I do this too. Works like a charm.

BUMP!!

Hmm...i've tried putting porosity control after I deep condition but haven't actually mixed the two together. I'll have to try this.

Today I actually mixed HE LTR with ORS and coconut oil. That didn't come out too bad. I'm in cornrows now so I'll try again when I'm out to really note if there is a difference.

It took my 3 years to find a moisturizing condition that my hair actually responded *really really well too*.

Silk Elements MegaSilk Moisturizing Treatment.

I tried the organic stuff, stuff without parabens, cones, all natural conditioners, but Silk elements is IT for me. My hair ADORES it!

There's nothing particularly natural about the ingredients, and it's definitely not organic but it works wonders on my thirsty, natural, 4a/b thick hair.

And I love it for that

I alternate ORS pak with Silk Elements MegaSilk Moisturizing Treatment. It also comes in a pak as well as a multi-use jar.

I vote for Aubrey HSR out of those, I currently use it now and plan to keep it

I used to buy ORS religiously, but had to find something else after I BCed

Organix Conditioners are a big thumbs down for me. They felt good upon application, but after It felt like I did nothing to my hair.

There's some information on the Silk Elements product on this page:

Hmmm..... I don't think I've heard too much about this product for some reason. Thanks for the suggestion! Off to search for more info on it
