Hi, everybody! I finally did the Big Chop yesterday:

Date of Last Relaxer: March 1, 2007
Date of Big Chop: September 1, 2008
Length of Transition: 18 Months

This is a shot of my hair before I started (I deep conditioned with both protein and moisture conditioners):

I parted my hair into 4 quadrants:
