Growth comparison PICS!!

I feel like I have been stuck. although there has been a lot of growth, I struggled with finding a proper regimen(products) and retaining my length. I think I have finally figured it out. I use GVP products for now, I have theire Nexxux Humectress and their Joico K Pak reconstructor, I also use aphogee pro-vitamin leave in, vidal sassoon color secure leave in and coconut oil and mango butter to seal in everything. I can say that my hair is in much better condition than it was before though. Plus, I have never been hesitant about cutting my split ends off, I just have to figure out how to stop getting them so I don't have to cut them. . .so far so good--been using the humectress on my ends as a leave in too.

That's how I feel too. I the recent one, I had just flat ironed it with my new toy

I hope I have it right now. I found out that my hair is old school and doesn't like the no oil, cowash, baggy treatment---my hair was like . So I wash now weekly(with shampoo) and I keep some oils and butters in my hair and it still keeps some flow and isn't weighed down and yucky.

Maybe take some pics from the back too? My hair from the front takes longer to show length than the back. I'm pretty sure it's bc the hair on my crown grows faster than the hair on the front and sides

Remember that it takes an average of 2 years for most of us to realize the fruits of our labor.

If I didn't have the number of setbacks that I have had, my hair should be well beyond BSL based on the progress I've seen with others.

That's true. I may do some comparisons with my old comparison shot--my hair was wet in those and I wanted to see how a dry comparison looked. I know it's growing, because I can 'feel' it lower down on my back

SuperNova, I definitely can see where your hair hits longer on your collar bone in the latest pic!!! Not to mention it's shinier and is thicker.

I was wondering, do you wear your hair up off of your shoulders the majority of the time so you don't have excess friction on your hair from your shirt, collar's, sweaters, seat belts, etc? I have noticed that if I wear my hair down alot my ends hate me for it so I opt for protective styles most of the time. HTH
