my pibbs 514-$300 is absolutely worth it, even though I only have a TWA and can not rollerset yet.
My Sedu was $108.I use for my cousin's hair and thats all:look:
All hair products are a splurge for me, especially my Keracare, Mizani and Aphogee.:yep:
Kinky curly Knot today and Kinky curly curling custard was about $75, I don't even like them that much, they do nothing for my hair.:nono:

Equipment: Mason Pearson seamless combs ~ 90 dollars.
Product: most likely the Afro-Detangler - it was 50 odd dollars, at once. Overall though, I've spent more on MT, in drips & drabs - at least a total of 150....

dang girl - $90 for a comb? I hope it's got an automatic parting feature lol

I purchased the Pibbs 514 for $280 this month. I've used it once and the rollerset turned out pretty good for my first time but the saran wrap step was a bust. The jury is still out on whether it was worth it for me. I need to give a few more tries first.

this is easy for me...fusion hair extensions $600. i wouldn't say it wasn't worth it because it looked very real and it was very versatile. plus most importantly it made me happy at the time. would I get it again though? No...well maybe if someone paid for it, haha. plus i'm natural now so it wouldn't blend anymore! =)

:lachen: No, no, not one, it was a set of three. :look: That's still 30 bucks a comb, but I love them, and I really do think they were worth every dollar. I'll never use a seamed comb again unless it's some SERIOUSLY desperate straits.....

My biggest splug was purchasing a ceramic flat iron ($60) when I was transitioning and then later buying Miss Jessies BC ($58) when I finished transitioning to natural. Was it worth it? Yes the creamic iron is definitely worth it. As for the BC, at the time it was worth it, but now since I either make my own version or use my fantasia gel for my wash-n-go's it's not worth it anymore.

When the winter get's here, I'll have to figure out what to do next. :perplexed

I'll probably use the flat iron and wear my hair straight during the fall/winter.

Though I don't consider it a ton of money, the item I have spent the most for is my Pibbs. Worth every penny!:yep:

The weather is finally cooling down, time to get back to my Curlformers!:drunk:

My beloved $160 T3 flatiron. She was worth every penny! :wallbash: But someone in my family kept dropping her on the floor. I haven't purchased another iron since. I'm going to treat myself to a wet/dry iron sometime next year.
I want one of these badly!!
Not necessarily the wet/dry one,but a T3 nevertheless.
I ordered a Solia,but i got a delivery slip,and then it disappeared from the post office:ohwell:
My biggest splurge has been WEN.Considering everything else that i don;t have to use anymore,it is totally worth it and then some:yep:

Ya'll are making me feel bad (cheap) - here I've been struggling w/ the decision to buy a $30 gold-n-hot dryer :look:

I got a Solia flat iron for $80something and I've used it once. And you can see the results in the siggy.

Product-wise it would have to be the Aveda Damage Remedy treatment for $26. That one might be worth it.
