What's been your biggest hair splurge?

It would have to be my Sedu flat iron. I think I paid about $120 for it. It was definitely worth it.

This was my biggest splurge too but I am not sure if it was worth it. I had it for about a year and I have only used it twice for about 5 minutes each time. I don't usually wear my hair straight but when I do I rollerset and just flat iron the roots. I have almost consider selling it.

My professional hooded dryer (like Pibbs but not the same brand), that thing cost me both my legs and an arm, but well worth it!

this is easy for me...fusion hair extensions $600. i wouldn't say it wasn't worth it because it looked very real and it was very versatile. plus most importantly it made me happy at the time. would I get it again though? No...well maybe if someone paid for it, haha. plus i'm natural now so it wouldn't blend anymore! =)

Me too. I paid about the same amount for fusions about 6 years ago. It was nice while it lasted.

Nexxus Humectress. I couldn't imagine spending 30$ on conditioner..I am the Queen o' Cheap!

Also, the 500 or so that I spent on wigs when I was a bit crazy :look:

Hmmmmm, let's see. From the lists here, I haven't spent squat. I've spent about $300 total since January on extra virgin coconut oil, castor oil, aloe vera gel, vatika oil, amla oil, glycerin, orange blossom water, shea butter, henna w/ indigo, coconut milk, limes, oranges, lemons, apple cider vinegar, molasses, avocado, almond oil, MSM, extra virgin olive oil, castile soap and a thermal heat cap. Maybe more like $400, but no more than that, I don't think. I need to add up how many bottles of this and that. The coconut oil goes the fastest, it's my staple.

ETA~OK, biggest splurge.....drum roll please....coconut oil. Just because I buy it most.

My CHI Flat Irons that cost me 129.97- and within a week it blew out. What a bummer, but im glad cause they get to hot and they were the ones without the adjustable heat control.

I have two.

I recently purchased a big thing of Aveda Damage Remedy Treatment. I think that was almost $60 put I got double points which took me to level 4. :yep: I got the Timberland giftcard and bought a guy friend a shirt. With 20% off coupon code I ended up paying $8 for a $60 shirt. :yep: I think I got my money's worth on that purchase.

I also recently purchased the Devacurl Intense Treament deep conditioner. A tub of that was $40. I hope I like it. If not, Beauty First will take it back so I have that little insurance.
