Have any of you seen this mother like daughter hairstyle?!

Has to be a wig and a joke.
I would hope nobody would give their child Fantasia hair like that.
 
Come on, guys. It is obviously a wig. When some of you were children didn't you play dress up? Didn't some of your mothers dress you up with their clothes and fashion accessories? Has your mother, grandmother or aunts ever polished your nails and put makeup on you for fun and laughs? I think that what this mother did was along the same lines and harmless (aside from posting them online). I vividly remember how much fun I would have as a child by putting on one of my grandmother's wigs, a little lipstick and
some costume jewlery. As an adult, it still brings a smile to my face when I think about how much my grandmother would laugh when I "dressed up" in her stuff.
 
It looks like her mom put a wig on and took a picture. I've seen women on here and hair blogs do that with their children. I thought it was funny and cute.

buah hahaha, u took the words right out my mouth!!! this was my first thought!!! The mama made a net wig and put it on the baby....I sooo TA! Ah man, how many times has my dd took my hair and slapped it on, i took pics cuz I think it's cute, i'm sure mom is not out parlayi'n w/ baby in public.
 
It's not that bad. I'm sure it's just for a photo op. My hubby purchased a long dread wig and I put it on my baby just to take a picture. It was funny and cute and not a big deal!

Yeah - looks like baby just slapped the weave piece on her head, trying to be like mama, and mama took a picture. There ain't even no real evidence that homegirl in the car IS her mama, as baby is no where to be seen - someone most likely just found another picture of a grown woman wearing that same 'piece'.

:nono: Photoshop is the truth and a lie, and I was expecting to see mama & baby done up for some event - and in the SAME picture. :lol:

That's much less upsetting than seeing a baby with a perm, that's for sure.
 
I have a feeling that it's not a joke. And I agree, that some people just go too far. I bet that little girl went to school or the park like that. I seriously doubt this was a joke or just to take pics. :nono::perplexed
 
The REAL questions:

WHY would someone make a wig like that? :nono:

WHY would someone buy it? :nono:

WHY did someone think a Black woman would want to put that on her head? :nono:

WHY somewhere, did a Black woman prove them right? :wallbash:
