Do you think its too young to style your dd's hair like this

I saw this on fb. In my experience ive seen adults do this so I posed the question is this too young? Do you veiw this a grown up hairstyle?

I don't care for mohawks on young girls. I wouldn't mind a complete BC though, LOL! I know, makes no sense.

I like it. I'd rather see it on a three-year-old than a 30-year-old. Kids can grow out styles easily. I don't think mohawks are professional in corporate settings. In an artsy setting, fine. Kids don't have to deal with either so it'd be fun for a kid to have.

I agree. Also, as long as it's not too tight it gives the baby's hair a break along with the mother. I help my friend with her daughters hair and it's a lot. I can't even get my son to comb/brush his own hair.

It's adorable on the little girl. She could wear the same type of look with long hair pinned up though. Ultimately the decision is up to parents and baby. If they all 3 agree, so be it.

I personally would never shave my DD's hair like that. She could have easily gotten a faux Mohawk with bobby pins.

Its cute but it isn't going to be cute when it starts to grow out weird. Cute kid, nonetheless.

I thought it was slicked back even with the pic of her getting it shaved lol I think it looks cute, Mel B do something similar to her daughter.

I didn't know it was shaved. I wouldn't do that my dd at such a young age. I think it's too grown. I originally thought it was slicked and thought that she looked cute.

I think it's awesome and if my future DD wants that at 5, then we'll go get it done and she will rock it. xD
