This is great!!! And I agree, I wanna know what they are using on their hair!!! Give up the secrets ladies!!!

for mscocoface anddddd otherssssssss here are my secretttssss:

I was miss april 2003 feature of the month with very simple regimen, and was relaxing every 2 months, no heat ect ( if you want to go back to read it)
Now I totaly changed my eating habit and my conception about health and saying healthy but that's another subjet so about my hair.

I made some changes:
-I relax very mildly every 6 months making sure I do not touch my scalp with the relaxer as much as I can.
-I wash my hair once a week with organic shampoos ( jason organic, smooth as silk giovanni organic shampoo) and condition with millcreek botanicals jojoba conditioner and giovanni conditioner)(all those are found in healthfood stores).
-Before I wash I massage my hair with the oil combo I described on the vatika coconut oil thread leave it overnight or for about eight hours then wash.
- a detangle my hair under the shower
- I wrap my hair in a towel for 1/2 hour
- I put some serum it my hair, then jojoba oil mixed with coconut oil in the palm of my hand and spread the oil in my hair.
-Then I make 6 sections in my hair and make bantoo nots in those sections. they will stay in my hair until it's completely dry.
I never use heat to dry my hair.
I use heat only when I do hot oil treatment about every 4 months, a hennalucent treatment (from sallys B Sup)about every 4 months and an occational flat iron maybe twice a year!
I mostly wear my hair up in a bun, I eat a lot of raw veggies and fruits, beans and very little meat. oh yeah, and I drink a lot of water, no sodas ever, and no juice unless I use my juicer to juice veggies and fruit. I take vit E, MSM, and Flax seed oil for my health but It's good for my hair too! II workout about 3 times a week and sleep 8 hours a night I cleanse my body every 6 month to get rid of toxins and maximise good digestion and good nutrient intake.
That's it girls. I am simple If you read my regiment back in 2003 it was simple too. Now I went on the healthy side.

Thank you for " listerning" I will post this on my fotki site.
that's my regiment
Sincerely
Zanna

I really like that you emphasize health, because that is the key component to growing hair:yep:. I am really working hard to be healthy.

I speak alien: "Klaatu barada nikto!"

Also, if any of you lovely long-haired ladies wants to pull an "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" on me, feel free to grab a spare pod from your closet. I am willing to make the sacrifice :drunk: Just make sure to infuse it with some essential oils or whatever aliens use for maximum growth.

Zanna is definately not from this planet......:worship2:...I have no words for the beauty of your hair.....:worship2:....I give up......:drunk2: I am going to go drown my sorrows now.....in Conditioner.....

Lol!!!!!!!!

If I weren't experiencing growth myself, I would feel the same way...LOL And there are a few things in the BSS you can use...but your better products are in the kitchen or grocery store. My mom looked under my sink and was like "What in the world are you cooking in the bathroom?!?!?!"

Ya'll have me rolling. Someone should start an "LCHF Alien List"! I'm so glad to be part of this funny, educated, sassy and whitty group.

Okay ...drumroll...and the aliens are:

Centered Girl! (trying to throw us off her trail because she started the thread but I can spot em anywhere :lachen: can't get past me)

Irresistible!

Zanna! (definitely an alien name but pretty though)

Queen T!

Ballerina Bun! (un huh I see ya)

Chicoro!

Y'all, help identify the rest!

Mscocoface Daily Diary:

Talk with the aliens today (is that politically correct?) anyway contimplating going from 50% raw to 75% raw daily.

One alien showed her reggie so don't forget to stalk her fokti, er uhm check it out for research (as I grab my jug of water and eat my grapes).

Okay, got some work to do, research chica lots of research. Got to become one of them!

PS. Remember to thank the aliens, I mean other life forms for sharing their knowledge and wisdom. Don't want them leaving Earth for another planet looking for women who have short hair and want to grow it long and healthy.

:lachen::grin:
