Since the summer is coming to an end and the fall is rapidly approaching what changes will you be making to your regimen?

no more cowashing and airdrying under the ceiling fan :nono: i gotta work on rollersetting. i foresee more straight hair days.

No more daily cowashing. Weekly rollersets in the fall, and if the stretch starts to get really hard, maybe 2 cowashes a week. Rollerwraps and buns all winter. I'll also have more straight days.:yep:

With it getting colder I'm not sure. I think I'm going to play it by ear. I love co-washing but I can't air dry as easy as I can during the summer. I won't be changing on the oils but I will up the moisturizing.:yep:

No more daily cowashing.
Will be rollersetting only until my ng gets out of hand then i may conrow(no extensions)

I was just thinking about this. I do want to change my reggie a bit, not as much co-washing. However, my rollersetting skills are horrible :wallbash:

Not as many wash and gos but more braidouts and sometimes straightening. I'm going to miss my simple summer regiman!

Since I have in braids, my regimen is a lot different. I toned down on the co-washing and upped my scalp massages and oiling. So far, my hair is doing great. I'm happy with my growth so far... I have about 1/4 inch in most areas after only two weeks :yep:

Going to attempt rollersets, I am NO where near profficient at this but would love to be:yep:

I have to decrease the amount of cowashes and I'll probably experiment with straw-sets and I'll be having more straight days as well

I won't change per se. But I'll do less straight styles and wear it curly more often, to keep it off of my coats. Also, I'll moisturize more.

I'll also probably do more braidouts once it really gets cold and I no longer care about being cute.:lachen: Unless, I find a man before then. :look:

I don't think I'll be changing anything. But instead of c/o washing in the morning, I will probably just do it at night so my hair has time to dry. I might also dry it in one simple braid.
Other than that, I'd like to try my hand at ponytail roller sets, but I'm worried that my length will take too long to dry. I don't have a pibbs and I don't have the money for one :nono: Maybe I'll do roller sets on Saturday morning and give my hair all day long to air dry. Chile, who knows? :whyme: Why did this summer fly past so quickly?

Nothing will change. I will still be doing wash and gos. Once my hair is long enough, I will cowash every morning and bun.

I don't know! I really like co - washing.

I'm gonna do flexi rods, braid - outs, and Bantu knots possibly. Roller sets look cool but difficult!

Haven't really decided yet, but I'm thinking of CWs @ night, more scalp massages, moisturizing and baggying. The jury is still out on rollersettting, but probably not.

I would love to continue to co wash in the morning but here in Oklahoman it gets cold. Plus im pretty sure we will have a few snow storm, i cant be out with wet hair during that time. So i will have hair up during the winter in some braids

I'm in MI and the cold here gets so disrespectful...I tried to do a WnG once during the winter and ended up w/icicles in my hair:nono: MESSAGE! I've just become so lazy and my regimen perhaps too simple...I really don't enjoy straightening my hair. Too much work.

I'm barely getting my summer regimen down now you got me thinking about winter??:wallbash:. Well I might throw one row of conrows in my hair. I don't really know.

Me too...I can't wait for the fall/winter. I love the hair spurts in the summer, but since I sweat alot I can't hold a style for nothing.

I will still relax every 12-16 weeks

9-16-08, 3rd relaxer of then year and on 12-2-08 last relaxer of 2008!

Wear my hair down a little more! Still K.I.S.S. from time to time!

Winter is wig season! I've done so many things to protect my hair in winter, like:

- sewing a satin lining into my hats and the lining of my coat's hood

- wearing my hair still wrapped under my wool hat till I got to work, then taking it down in the bathroom! :sekret:

- wearing a satin babushka all winter (like my granny :look: does)

Forget all that ish. Now, my winter regi is super simplified. Wear my hair in cornrows, which I will DC 3x a week, with daily moisturizing. Redo the cornrows about every 2 weeks.

I can just pick the wig that tickles my fancy that day. Place my 100% pure silk scarf over my cornrows, and slide my wig cap over that. Place gorgeous wig, pin, and done! :gorgeous:

If I want pin straight hair for daytime and sassy curls for night, I just switch my wig. No worries about cold winds whipping my hair around and drying it out, no worries about the drying effects of heaters cranked to the maximum, I can wear wool if I want to, and I don't have to wear a boring old bun all the time.

Plus the stylish appearance of my hair makes DH happy, and the low mani makes my hair happy!

Voila! Let winter come... I'm ready! :brucelee:

Mine won't change I Cowash at nights and moisturize daily so the cold weather won't really affect my hair. I might get a heavier moisturizer or oil rinse more often but that's about it
