What does your hair look like without product

I was just thinking about this. My hair looks tore up without conditioner and gel. Or at least conditioner. I HAVE to baggy at nite or else I wake with hair matted and flat on one side of my head. It looks dry and just like I'm screaming for a makeover! Then after I spritz with water and apply conditioner, mycurls come to life! Gel helps it look even better, but I don't find it always necessary.

So I was wondering how does your hair look product free?

there is this really great naked hair thread...guess i'll go digging for it...but to answer your question i am too scared to find out. i mean...if i let it dry and all i'll have to re-cowash it to get it how i want it...and i'm a lazy buns

Girl, my hair has its challenges, let me tell you

My hair looks funny naked. A bunch of frizz with some semi defined coils sticking out in all different directions

That's my hair just shampooed and towel dried with no detangling. I would never let it dry like that!

My hair is in braids but I recently undid a couple of braids to show my hair's 4B coils:

This is my hair w/ conditioner--top left photo shows the start of my hair's reversion from the straight-ish state it was in due to braids, after it was wet and conditioner was applied to it:

My hair after conditioner is rinsed off but still wet:

My hair when fully dry w/o products--pic on the left shows my hair slightly stretched:

Your last two pics are EXACTLY what my daughters hair looks like after being washed and conditioned. Ok, I didn't know this was "4b" hair. Your hair looks great and I sure do wish I could see better pics of it *cough, put up more pics*

Mwedzi, you and I are practically from the same hair family. Mine looks similar although I am getting a lot more curlies and coilies of late.
