I got a email from Ovation and it had a link that lead me to this video ....

Looks like we've motivated them to change how they say to use the product. I wonder how many people from Ovation are lurking .

Most of the members on here do. I think they found this bright idea by lurking and using LCHF as a case study.

The OVATION flyer that comes with the product always said to use it this way since I've been using it (March) I think they just redesigned the website because of all the questions they have been receiving as a result of the popularity that was created here on LHCF.
