Mega Tek ladies... How often do u use it

Hey Ladies,
I've been reading about Mega Tek in alot of threads and how good it is ...I have been searching for a conditioner with marine protien and by golly this has it!!

and keratin cuz I want that too!!

.... I put in a order at a local store it should be in by friday.. I would like to know How often are/did u use it??

Hey MIss Madaam,

This is a staple of mine. I use this as a leave in almost daily. It has helped me retain length IMO and reduced my shedding woes. It is expensive, but has been one of the best conditioners I have ever used. I maily use it for my wash n gos. It leaves my hair in shiny ringlets. I kicked my previous staple, Kenra emoliiant, for Mega Tek. Thanks Vixen

I found a store local that had hourse stuff there and they had mega tek but not the rebuilder but they said they can order it 16oz for 19.99!! thats the cheapest ive seen so far...otherwise try Petsmart ..or online, or the website www.eqyss.com

I use it whenever I remember to. It is a great conditioner and a staple it's just that I do not use it every wash or weekly. When I think my hair needs an extra boost of love I pull it out and my hair responds greatly to it. When I saw that Vixxen had a gallon of it in her photo album I just had to purchase it and try for myself. Mega Tek has been a part of my haircare inventory as a Staple for about a year maybe a little longer.

I never even saw that. That's one more I can add to the safe-to-use-with-braids list.

ETA: I was looking for a leave-in w/ Keratin in it and I had it the whole time. Thanks ya'll.

I have been using this consistently for 6 months. I had a hard time getting me air past BSL. I could honestly say that i use very few products and had put my vitamin regimen on hold for a year until my next colon cleanse (planning for July).This is definitlely doing the trick. Plus it smells good as heck. Everyone knows when I am coming. Thanks for the hair compliment.

Try your local Pet Smart, but make sure it has a horse section (not all of them do).

The mega-tek is great and so is the avocado mist. I just recently tried Boundless Tresses with the avocado Mist and I get good smelling hair mositurized hair, and the benefits of BT as a growth aid on days when I run out of mega-tek.

I can smell it in my hair now. I forgot how good it smells. I love shopping out of my cabinets.

I have Mega-tek and the Avocado spray. I had such a credit card nightmare after ordering from a company {Jeffersequine} that I let the experience put negative feelings on its usage; they claimed an investigation then sent me a $20.00 gift card still unused and replacement bottles; }. My card started having fraudulent charges, the initial order was short and the delivered bottle was delivered empty in a wet bag ! I guess I'd better make use of it and see what happens.

BUMPING!

I've been using my bottle Every OTHER day applying it w/ something else to my scalp like Grease. I use it EVERY DAY on my problem area. My left edges/bald spot.

I dont think i can apply this to my whole scalp every day. I tried and realized my scalp was still moist from doing it the previous day so why add more??

I wash/co-wash my hair twice a week.

My sis is applying hers like hair grease mixed w/ carrier oils EVERY DAY.

Just curious to know how often yall are applying.

Wow, I wonder how they were using it as a leave-in on the hair. It seems like that would be protein overkill.

I just started using it on wednesday and I put it on my scalp every nite before my shower. I dont mix it with anything else though.
