I had a beautician once tell me to prolong the life of a relaxer in the refriderator but I don't know how true that is.

If it is pre-mixed I believe it is ok (as long as it has not passed the expiration date on the container). If you have the box kind that you have to mix I think you should throw it away.

I believe the no-lye even states not to use it a certain amount of time after the activator has been added.
