Well, I do hope that the OCT/MT thread stays a sticky. It's good to see it up on the top of the page and makes it easy access, especially that it seems to be one of the most utilized threads on the forum.

LOL! I thought the OP was exaggerating about the number of stickies, but there really are 13 stickies! I really never notice them as stickies. I just treat them like any other thread...I only look at threads that are of some interest to me. If not, I skip over them.

Too many, I agree. You can take out of the top 8 product review. Just search the products you're interested in. After reading "How to Search" sticky, what's the point of most of them. And not everyone is interested in Pibbs/Ovation/MN. Just do a search!!!!

Doesn't bother me much since I mainly do searches in the hair forum. But here's a suggestion before someone gets carpal tunnel syndrome:

Actually, I had been thinking of doing this and having at the max 4-5. I surf on my cell when I need a fix at work, and having those load and having to scroll past them are a pain. Some of the acronyms and stuff need to be updated anyway. I think we need an LHCF wiki.

Did I hear you volunteer to put together an LHCF wiki? Wow, that's awesome!

Seriously, as a relative newbie, the stickies are handy. On the other side, they do seem to take up a lot of space. Perhaps a category could be created: "Stickyland" or something of the sort? Then they would be in one place AND only take up one line.

I don't know if everyone has already discovered this but a helpful suggestion until this gets sorted out is-

Under UserCP, then Edit Options, you can change the number of threads that are shown per page. Mine is set at the max of 40 so even though the first 13are stickies, I can still view 17 regular threads before having to switch pages.
Just thought I'd share.
