WEN SIX THIRTEEN not shipped yesterday!

I'm so disappointed. I sent QVC an email last night asking if the SIX THIRTEEN was going to be mailed and this is the response I received:

Unfortunately, your order number --------- for the WEN by Chaz Dean Six Thirteen Cleansing Treatment 32 oz, is still on our waitlist and at this time, we don't know when it will be available. Please be assured, we only offer items on Waitlist when we anticipate stock within 45 days. If stock doesn’t arrive within the 45 days, we’ll notify you. If we still anticipate stock, we'll extend your waitlist order and advise you of the approximate restock date; otherwise, your order will be canceled. We hope to be able to fulfill your order in the near future.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Yes, I was and still am on the waitlist. It was due to ship yesterday, just goes to show how upset I am . I haven't tried the SIX THIRTEEN, but from reading the reviews it's awesome. The Ginger Pumpkin is awesome too, I mean really awesome, which I why I ordered another bottle of it.

I ordered the SixThirteen too. I kept checking email all day looking for shipping confirmation. Come on Chaz, what's taking so long!!!!

How annoying...I QVC, but that happened to my sister with a laptop she ordered. It literally took forever to ship...so long that she forgot she had ordered it. I pay for expedited shipping on my electronics, but that doesn't help if there is a waitlist.

Coffee- If you were getting it at a discounted price and they did not ship it because they don't have it, why is that your fault? Why do you have to pay extra bucks?

I would have been disappointed. My hair products are like Xmas gifts or b-day gifts. They better get on the ball!!!!

I was referring to purchasing it from Chaz's website; it's the regular price on there.

I got mine last week. I had my best self relax ever! All my individual hairs were moving and laying back down! This was the only thing different I've done in 5 years! I don't want to pay the huge Chaz website price, so I hope QVC brings it back at $61!
