Seriously...I don't do growth aids...I am a firm believer in eating healthy no sodas,taking vitamins...I believe you take care of the inside...It shows on the outside...skin and hairs shows the benefit...plus you feel better when you take care of yourself

I feel you but I'm not as young as I used to be and eating right and working out helps me feel better...I have 4 boys and I need the energy to keep up !!
