What is the 411 on these products? Anybody use any? How were the results after using? What did you use them for?

Here's my experience with her products:

-My sister put me on to Joyce Williams Mean Sheen Mink Hair Cream

over 10 years ago BEFORE LHCF. It was my holy grail for years cause it seemed to combat my dry as the sahara hair and scalp. I loved it for years and swore by it.

Mom, sis and me were buying this in bulk and it was hard to get. Mom had to borrow her stylists license to go all the way downtown and pick it up. That got annoying after the years and i stopped using it.

Fast forward to now. My sister for some odd reason decided to go BACK to the product after i already gave her the lowdown on LHCF and ingredients and stuff.

I visited her website and my sister even called the company and JOYCE WiLLIAMS herself answered the phone. I insisted that she tell me the ingredients in her products. Specifically, is there petroleum, mineral oil, lanolin..and she said NO! I got a bad vibe from talking to her and she was very vague with discussing the ingredients.

And the products my sis wanted to order did NOT have the ingredients listed in the catalog.

So her order came. I inspected the ingredients on the products. She ordered some Mean Sheen and Cousin's Regrowth and THE FIRST INGREDIENT WAS MINERAL OIL! :nono: Among other pore clogging, cheap fillers.

I was pissed that she lied and her products were so expensive to be containing those cheap fillers. All those years, i was putting that garbage on my head. But if you know better, then you'll do better.

My sister is stubborn and after all the knowledge of LHCF, she insists that since it worked back in the day, nearly 15 yrs ago then it should still work today...I told her to NOT put that garbage on her scalp and use sparingly.

She has a direct website but i cant find it. I will get my sisters bottle and post the link later.

Not saying all her stuff is garbage but the stuff my sis ordered TO ME was not in line with LHCF. A lot of her products DO NOT CONTAIN an ingredient listing so PLEASE contact her to find out.

Well i have the hair food and the conditioner(its a greenish color)---but i think either its the liquid hair food or the conditioner smells like Dr. Miracles product. I think one time even someone mentioned that to me before doing my sew-in that they thought i had used Dr. Miracles product and it was actually her's.

I'm not big on ingredients until lately. So i'm just trying to use up what i have of it.

I think it was a member on here that swore by the hair food and thats why i gave it a chance. Dont think i will in the future.
