I tried her products awhile back, I read her book too. The info was very good. The products really didn't do it for me though, but I did like her protein conditioner. Everyone has different body PH so you may have better luck. I can't tell you the ingredients because I don't have the products anymore. Go to www.LisaAkbari.com and look under products and she does list some of the ingredients, good luck.
