Anybody else just moving or returning to a humid region?

I am so happy to be back in the South with all of its humidity. My hair is LOVING it.

Well.....returning---and my complexion hates the climate down here (Texas, LA, Fl).
I GOTTA get facials or I'll be looking broke out and crazy!

New Mexico weather waged a battle on my skin and I think the Dry-ness won...
I had to 'lube up' at all times of the day--it was horrible. My hair was feelin it.
But my complexion has never been clearer (without my regimen).

I moved from Colorado to North Carolina and my hair didn't like it. I was so looking forward to the humidity for my hair, however it really did nothing for it. The humidity made my hair poof up like a Mon-chi-chi (remember those?)

The humidity did do wonders for my skin and my complexion. I no longer live in North Carolina, but I do miss the skin I had when I lived there.

I'm hopefully moving to MO end of summer and I heard it's pretty humid down there.
I'm really excited b/c the few times I was in a humid climate my skin loved it

My hubby and I are going to be relocating from MI to TX this summer. The humidity will not be a surprise,as I am from FL. With that in mind, I have been transitioning for 11mths and I'm really worried I'm going to have to bow down to a relaxer in TX.

I miss that New Orleans Humidity. It was so good for my hair and skin! When I roller set my hair, I made sure that I used a setting lotion instead of Lacio Lacio so my hair wouldn't frizz up. Sometimes I get so homesick that I just simmer a pot of water on my stove and let my hair and skin soak it up.

YES! my hair is a poofy mess in the hot months. It only looks good in doors erplexed

Ohhhhh that sounds like a great idea.
I did steam treatments for my skin before but never for my hair(still refuse to pay money for a steamer so this is perfect)
