Maxiglide and Humid states

I read all the maxiglide posts but didn't find anyone who commented on how their hair held up in humid temperatures. I live in Florida so humidity rules about 85% of the year. I would hate to buy it and find out that my hair wont last in humid weather.
Anyone used their maxiglide in humid times?

I'm in Mississippi and humidity is high here, today it's about 81%, but I'm able to use my Maxiglide successfully. I have only use it twice and my hair did NOT frizz up once being outside for a while.
