Silicon Mix just arrived and I do not know what to do?

Ladies what is your regimen with the silicon mix, and how do you apply it. For example, do you apply it on dry hair, wet hair, sit under the dryer, conditioner wash with it or what. Please help, this is my first time and I would like to get it right.

Do you apply a leave in afterwards? Is the silcon mix majority protein or moisture or is it a balance of both.

I'd like to know too? Since dimethicones and other cones make my hair fall out, I'm wondering if this would too. It makes me quiver, I'd better leave it alone, but I'd like to know what this is good for....bump!

Yes, I always use a leave in afterwards.

I believe it's a mix of both moisture and protein. Someone please correct if this is wrong.
