Should be an exciting Saturday night. Wash and DC as ususal, however tonight I treat myslef---using distailled instead of tap water. Also doing an amla pre-poo and oiling scalp with a new concotion I call Capsicum Cocktail: Castor oil, cayenne extract, dash of cinnamon and squirt of megatek.
Slow and steady wins the race... <cue the theme from Chariots of Fire>>
