i feel like i smelled for noting. i used garlic shampoo though for shedding but it smelled so much my mother yelled at me. plus i dropped it in the drawer that i used to keep my hair stuff so my draw smelled like garlic for some time.. it was just too smelly. would taking supplements do the same thing?

I used Queen Helene Garlic Shampoo for the 1st time the other night (it's unscented). You may want to try that. Normally I have a huge ball of hair after removing my braids but so far, I haven't see much shedding:yep:. I wish I knew about this atleast a year ago.:spinning:

I just order some today, cause I guess im in my shedding phase and now when I comb I notice some strands w/white bulb, not much, but Im not trying to lose anything, just to be on the safe side im being proactive. Thanks for the review, it was right on time. :yep:

Not breakage where the strands are breaking. I'm talking long hairs failing out from the scalp with the bulp attached.

Did the garlic and oil/water really help?

Hey Tylertown if it sheds with the bulb attached then it s not damage and water oil wont help cause it s time for your hair to shed due to your growing cycle reaching its final phase. the only way that i know of to prevent it not really prevent let me rephrase and say delay it is to either us msm or fo-ti hou shou wu known to make your growth cycle longer

sometimes it seems we shed more than ever, specially if we're low manipulation but its natural shedding, and it looks like a lot no matter of shampoo be it garlic or not gonna change that. Lately i been shedding a lot cause i did use once or twice a flatiron and i find what stops the shedding dead in its tracks is a good deep condition session using the heat. (deep cond with plastic cap under the dryer i meant) its radical
