Ok, I need some major help!!
I've heard so many great reviews regarding the Mane N Tale products and I was so excited to try it. I went out and purchased the original conditioner and shampoo on Saturday and used it on Tuesday. I was so disappointed after the use because it left my hair really hard and tangled.
What could have gone wrong?
After thinking about what I did before using Mane N Tale, I thought that the pretreatment with Queen Helene Cholesterol may have been too much protein for my hair, so to test my theory of over doing the protein, I decided to try Mane N Tale again, but this time with a deep moisturizing treatment afterwards (45 minutes). My hair still didn’t feel soft and moisturized. What am I doing wrong?
I'd like to keep using this, but I'm not sure if I can. My question is, (1) for those of you who use this and love it, are you natural or relaxed? I'm in the process of transitioning and my relaxed ends seem to tangle very easily and this didn’t help; (2) what steps do you take when using it and how does your hair feel afterwards; and (3) is there anyone that has found that they just can't use it--it's not for them? I hope it’s not the latter because I would really like to use it as it has improved the condition of a lot of people’s hair.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks ladies!!!!
