I no longer have any relaxed hair. My last relaxer was in May of 2001. My hair is funny though... it's not coily at the ends and all springy like lot of naturals. I just have ALOT of it. I have moreso wavy hair than anything, and my texture is not as nappy as I once thought. Go figure. I'll look for some pics of my unpressed hair when I get home today...
 
Oh goodness, what a big surprise! Allandra, I guess I'll pour out a little neutralizing shampoo for ya at my next relaxer. :lachen:

Congrats! Welcome to the world of transitioning! As you know from many, many threads, transitioning can be difficult at times but very rewarding. The key for me has been sticking to the products that work for me (currently Elucence MB conditioner and castor oil), and stopping the use of products which cause a lot of tangles and shedding (Suave & VO5 conditioners and products with a lot protein for some reason).

BC = Big Chop

It is when you cut all of your relaxed ends off leaving you with head of beautiful natural, unprocessed hair! :)
