Even though I've learned so much from everybody and followed most of the rules of my fellow LHCFers, oil sheen something I never strayed from. They all seem to work pretty much the same, but as far as which ones I buy on the regular, they are KeraCare and Proclaim. The Luster's Renutriets, royal blue Isoplus, and ORS have all been in my house within the last year. A stylist used Mizani Shyne in the shop and I liked it, too. I use oil sheen before styling after taking my scarf off, after rollersets, and sometimes to seal moisturizer at night before wrapping. I guess I use it for shine?
oooooooooo excellent idea you guys. I might try this way because when I rollerset I have been using healthy ends AND sealing with evoo, and I swear it takes my hair FOREVER to try. like the roots are always dry but the tips (the last little bit around the roller) takes FOREVER. airdrying isn't even an option anymore (i alternate between work & school everyday of the week)This is how I am using it.....I actually got the idea from Macherieamour. Macherieamor's hair looks fabolous and she does it so......
erplexed. I have only done it for a few nights but I will let everyone know if it causes mega problems (doubt). I like the fact that it seals my hair LIGHTLY without having too much oil build up, I mean I already have enough oil from my scalp because of my precious Boundless Tresses. Why does everyone think it is such a sin anyway???
I haven't bought / used oil sheen in years.
I picked other. I love Revlon Finisheen. It adds shine and does not lay on my hair. Plus, it doesn't have a smell that fights with my perfume....I cannot stand having on too many scents
But, I have prolly tried everyone of the oil sheens listed on the poll![]()
and sidenote: so no one uses black magic anymore?![]()
