Well, many of you ladies (yes, you lurkers too!) bought out all of the Curformers at the different Sally's I went too, so I don't know yet.
I would like to try them on already airdried hair.
Although I haven't used Curlformers yet, the biggest plus I could see to using these would be the fact that you could actually get a decent night's sleep in these as opposed to flexirods. Have you ever tried to sleep in flexi-rods?
I bet your hair would be gorgeous! If I come across any, I'll send 'em to you! My Sally's had tons the last time I was there. They just look like they would pull my hair out!![]()
The Curlformers make beautiful curls, but I couldn't use them on my thin hair. All of my hair would be gone I think! Anyone with thin hair use these?

Thank you January Noir and thanks for the offer! Sally's did reorder some but I hear you about pulling the hair out!
However, before I buy any, I need to open it up and really take a look at them in my hands.
It kind of reminds me of crochet or something.
You talking about the Sally's in North Brunswick, neighbor????![]()

I have very thin hair and I just bought the kit. I am under the dryer as I speak doing a deep condish and then I am going to use the Curlformers. I will let you know tomorrow how it turns out. It can't hurt I think it will give me a bit more volume if it is curly. I will let you know....and if I can figure it out I will post pics.
Today I'm voting for curlformers. The hair isn't wrapped around itself which makes it dry faster. In addition you don't have to worry about creating enough tension to get you roots straight. (That's if you use them the right way!) I thinks will cause less stress to my hair because I not going to extremes to stretch my curly hair around a roller/rod.

I choose curlformers. I use them on my blow dried hair. I sleep in them and have beautiful curls by morning. They aren't uncomfortable to sleep in either. I also love the ease of putting them in tooWhen putting the hook over your hair, you have to remember to twist your hair first so that you won't get any snags and you should be fine with the pulling your hair through part
I'm going back tonight (my Sally's re-uped on their stock today) to get more long and narrows! I can't wait!
Please enlighten me on how you did that. Did you do it on wet hair, what did you use, ect. Thanks!i voted flexirods all the way. i just found out this weekend how to use the large rods (gray ones) to roll my hair and get the same results i'd get from using magnetic rollers.
plus i can sleep in them and they're comfy![]()
I slept in mine too and didn't have a problem. I'm not a wild sleeper so it was ok. I just put a satin bonnet over top of them and was good to go!
