Hey ladies:weird:, as I'm patiently waiting to receive mine (514). I wanted to know are you satisified with the purchase? Any regrets? Any issues with the dryer? Can you tell a difference in your hair now compared to using the old hooded dryer? If so, please share. I believe in paying money for good quality stuff and can't wait to receive mine:grin:

To answer your questions:
Yes, very satisfied
Nope, not a one
No issues at all, except I never did find that serial number- I sent the warranty anyway:grin:
I don't know if the difference if due to the dryer or consistant care. I can tell the difference in my back not being scrunched up under a table top:lachen:
To date, I'm still a believer that this is the best investment I could've made for my hair:yep:

Thanks for answering my questions, because searching in different threads can sometimes be time consuming...:drunk:

Very satisfied, an excellent investment. I sure don't miss my table-top dryer - being all uncomfortable and stuff. Much faster, gets hotter and I simply love it. Best purchase by far for my hair.

I'm glad I purchased my Pibbs 514. It's definitely a great investment, and there was no way I was going to pass up such a great deal. I don't miss my table top dryer one bit (which is resting peacefully in a closet). :)

I'm very happy with my purchase (512). I've been doing consistent rollersets and more DC's, now that I don't have to crouch under my old table-top dryer. One of the best investments I've made.

love my 512. I don't miss that darn table top one I had either! This dryer makes me feel like I'm at the salon. My sets come out better and better. It was worth every penny

I love my 512. I've done two rollersets thus far and did a heated deep condition last weekend. My hair came out really soft and it heated up really well. I also love how quiet it is! Ditto the post above about it making you feel like you're in a salon. :)

Ooh...I can't wait to feel like im at the salon....minus the overbooking and overpricing:grin::grin:

I plan on writing a "Dear John" letter to my hairdresser. I had another "professional" model, a Belvedere, and Pibbs beats it bad!

Don't mention "overbooking!" I get hotter than a Pibbs over that and lately "old" hairdresser has been taking it to new levels! Six people in at one time and two of them getting relaxers!

Love it! Love it! Love it! I got the 512 and it's perfect. I'm able to sit near the bottom of my bed and do homework while DCing or rollersetting. I hated to shell out the money, but it's a great investment. No regrets.

I just got mine in the mail!!! I will be testing it out tonight. I can't figure out how to open the sheild though. I'm sure it's really easy. I can't get the darn search feature to work, so anybody that can help me out with that, I would appreciate it very much.

Oh...i just read in the PIBBS sticky..check that last 2-3 pages of that thread..i think you have to apply more pressure or add something to loosen the hinges...BUT DONT QUOTE ME ON IT CAUSE I HAVENT RECEIVED MINE YET..:drunk:

:grin:I'm very satisfied w/ my 514 my hair isn't quite long enough for a rollerset but i sure will get my deep-condition on...

I haven't used mine yet :look:.

I've had it for about a month but "White Hot Chocolate" is being a good boy stored away in my room. I'm waiting for my touch-up on Sunday to finally put it to good use...rollersets here I come :drunk:
