For those who take or have taken Chlorophyll...

How much did you take and how long before you noticed results??? I recently purchased some Chlorophyll from Puritan's Pride after reading great things about it, but the bottle says to take 1 - 4 pills a day. If I don't have to take many, I won't, which is why I want to know...

I take it in liquid form (Nature's Way Chlorofresh). I take a 1oz. per day (or a shot) and I see results in a week. I didn't know it was good for hair. I use it for my skin (keeps it clear). A sales person from Kiehl's told me about it.

Ohhhh I never knew that! This will be a keeper for me then! And yup, I read many raves about how it helps with hair growth...

I take the chlorophyll softgels from PP, too. I take two a day. I was taking religiously, but slacked off and just started back again. I take several supplements, so it is hard to know what is doing what. I do notice that I get an extra boost of energy from it.

I have the mint flavour. It's suppose to be good for bad breath too. You know the smelliness you get after eating onions or garlic...erplexed

This is a timely thread because I slacked off again and just starting taking AGAIN today. I will be consistent this time like I am consistent with everything else. I don't know why I haven't been consistent with the chlorophyll.

It is organic and grown on land where the soil is rotated and not depleted of nutrients... I have heard that this can be used intravenously instead of blood or blood products.

I ordered some, so you know I'm going to report back!

While I'm taking homeopathics mint just won't do..... I'm excited to try this. I have a blood iron issue too
