Yes, I curled my hair dry. I sprayed my hair with Jane Carter Solution Natural Hold Spray, (to add some shine, you can add a dab of Jane Carter Nourish & Shine to the hair) comb, then roll my hair into the flexi-rod (with that I get a tighter curl). I don't think I am the only one that does that, but I would like to know who else does it. My hair curled like this in less than 30 minutes. (I actually curled it, took a bath, did my make-up and then took them out, and this is how it came out. And I started with bone straight hair). Here are the pics of the results. You like?

Oohhhhh you and your hair are beautiful!! Love it!! But it's amazing you only used 6 rods, and it came out so pretty like this!!! You did such an awesome job on it!

Your hair looks very pretty.

I do this all the time. My wet rollersets only come out nice after a fresh relaxer. When I am about 5 weeks post, I do the quick rollerset in the am with the flexirods before jumping in the shower. I spray with either water, or some kind of quick set spray.

By the time I am dressed, my hair is ready and looks very pretty too. But this kind of set doesn't last me past 1-2 days. But that's okay cause I like to wash my hair anyway.

Wow! Your hair is beautiful! Do you have pics with the flexi-rods in so that we can see how they were placed?

Thanks, but I apologize, I used 12-14 rods, I forgot about how I put 6 in the front.

I forgot to take pics when I was rollersetting. I will do it again, and post the pics.

Your hair looks great. I think this is how I will have to do flexi rods because they never seem to dry completely when set on wet hair.

Yeah, I tried them too, and they are not good for me after a wash. I use the mesh rollers for that. Unless you wanna be under the dryer for like 2 hours, and I don't wanna be bothered that long. And even airdrying takes too long, so I just use the mesh. And the flexi-rods for the dry rollerset.

I know it's late, but I just came across this pic again, and decided to post it. Here's how I set my hair:

When I did the rollerset, it was done a lot neater than the back shows. I didn't think to take pics when I did the original set, so I did it over real quick just to take a pic. When I did the rollerset, I used the purple flexi-rods all around. And it was done in smaller parts than the pic shows. I just wanted to give you an idea of how I did it.

I can't believe it curled that fast, and it was done on dry hair. I love your makeup btw..very pretty!!

Very pretty, I would like to try this. :yep: It came out perfect.

Beautiful set.

Thanks. :yep:

I couldn't believe it either, it was just an experiment. I was going out and I wanted something different, and I didn't wanna use heat.

Thanks, I love doing my make-up.

This is the only way I rollerset. I can't stand sitting under a dryer. I do this every night. Depending on what I'm going for I use only 4 flexi rods. 2 blue in the front and 2 purple in the back. I do it on ponytail sets to.

I am too lazy and its too hot to sit under the dryer so I do the same thing with my curlfomers.

Wow - I did not know they had them in that size!!! Your hair looks very pretty and the sheen is beautiful..I am really lovin' your eyelashes...

It came out very pretty!

Thank you.

Nice! did the curls hold up through the day?

Thanks. Yes, they did. They lasted ALL night, and until the next day. The JC Natural Hold Spray lives up to it's name. I didn't have to use a lot of it either. :nono:

I didn't tie my head that night, I was too tired. I had some curls left in the morning, but of course it didn't look the same.

TOO CUTE!!!!:yep::yep::yep:

Thanks.
