in about a week. Yes, you heard right! I'll try to take a pic, but I just apply my MN/BT mix at night, eat relatively healthy (lots of protein, fish, chicken, lean beef/pork, veggies, nuts), a couple liters of water a day, and a multivitamin. Occasionally I'll remember to take a HSN vitamin from GNC (4 days/week). I've been trying to get more consistent with working out, but it's just not happening as of yet
. I also wash every few days (3-4)
Overall my intention was to get healthy, but now I actually think I can really keep this up if my hair is growing like this
. On the + side, I lost another 4lbs. (out of the ton I need to loose
)
