IMO, they are far better than Nexxus emergenceeI haven't tried it in a while but I have been using henna with molasses. My hair came out dryer but really strong. Very minimal breakage.
I remember reading that some of the ladies think that the eggs do a better job than the Nexxus emergencee. I'm going to try it one day.
I personally dont like eggs in my hair.....I tried this way back and mix it w/ pantene i think....i jus dont like the stiff and brillo like feel afterwards and u seem to never be able to get the eggs out fully....when I want eggs in my hair I jus grab my handy dandy.....ORS mayo.....
and that do JUS fine!!

Why did the eggs cook on your head? I thought that if you would use raw eggs on hair, one would naturally not use any heat. I presently have the mixture on my head wrapped in a large towel.
I will also wash it out initially with very luke warm to cold water and when the mixture is out, then I will use warmer water to finish. I will proceed with a sulfate free shampoo and deep condition for 45 minutes under my hooded dryer.
As for the brillo effect, I've used the Aphogee hardcore treatment many times and this hardens the hair more than anything I know and it works very well on my hair but it's expensive. Eggs and olive oil are cheaper for me and if this mixture works anyway near as well, I will say goodbye to Aphogee hardcore.
I really want this to work so again I'll be back with the results.
