Roller Setting with ElastaQP Mango Butter?

For the ladies who use mango butter in their roller sets... I have a couple of questions for you:

1. Does your hair take longer to dry?
2. Do you put it on your hair while it's sopping wet, or do you towel blot first?
3. Do the sets hold as long as a set using a lotion like Lottabody or Motions Foam Wrap?
4. Do you get any crunch or hardness at all, or do the curls just brush out super easy and soft and moist like?

Thanks in advance for answers. I really, really, REALLY need some advice.

I am sick of the $40 5 hour long salon visit. And it just went up to $50 today because
my hair is growing. I think I'm gonna have to start practicing how to do it myself.

I tried a search via the search button and google and still can't find what I need...sorry if this thread has been posted before :yep:

Use Elasta QP Intense, I know it is a regular conditioner but use a little as a leave in and you will love it...

Intense, huh?

I have noticed certain BSS like to carry 3 or 4 ElastaQP products and then no others. I will have to look for this.

I have a feeling it "may" be too heavy to roller set with. I used it to air dry and I didn't have any issues - but I think you will need a lighter product (preferably a leave in or setting lotion w/o alcohol) for a nice roller set.

Or perhaps mixing setting lotion with the mango butter?

For like a mousse consistency?
