two eggs and 1 tbsp of olive oil, I let this sit on my hair for two hours:grin: I got this from another forum, but boy it made my hair feel so much stronger and it gave my hair body. It's a keeper!
 
I use BURT'S BEE'S AVOCADO BUTTER PRE-SHAMPOO TREATMENT. I apply it to wet hair and leave it on overnight. Then rinse in the morning right before shampooing. HTH....

I use this too and sometimes add coconut oil to it. Most often, when I use it, it's for only 20-30 minutes under a medium heat dryer. When I don't use this, I prepoo over night with a coconut oil, jojoba and condish mix.
 
I mix Coconut Oil, Peppermint Oil , and Rosemary with one of my Conditioners as a Prepoo....I Prepoo overnight on dry hair b4 each wash and co wash
 
Cholesterol, it works soooo great. It helps to detangle my hair and keeps it from being stripped when washing.
