Thanks! The only thing about this "rinse" is that it hasn't "rinsed" out. It's supposed to after 28 poos.

An easy way to see if your are shoulder length is to comb your hair down and see if it touches the top of your shoulders on the sides. The back looks shoulder length, so I say claim it!! My hair grows faster in the back then it does on the sides and front. Im just touching APL in the back CBL on the sides and my bangs are chin length!!!

Sorry, but I was just being honest. Nothing is wrong with being neck length, don't beat yourself up about it. Length isn't everything. All lengths can be beautiful and flattering. But to answer your question, I would say a few more months, you'll be shoulder length.
