I think you should stick with what works. :yep:

But, I have been loving the sulfate free ABBA Moisture Scentsations for tingles and slip.

I got some of that abba shampoo at trade secrets for 60% off. You could try there if you have one in the area. I ended up paying about $4 and change for it. HTH

right now i have keracare and con

any other good ones out there i can try for next time?

Nope, there are not any more good ones:nono:--these two are the absolute best!:lachen:Okay, Im kidding. These just happen to be my two favorites. I like Elucence, but I always have to order online, so thats one of the drawbacks. Elasta QP's Creme Conditioning poo is pretty good, too.

The Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo works very well and its inexpensive. Like $3.99. It's sulfate free and its good for places with hard water, thats why I like it so much. It's really moisturizing and it doesn't strip the hair. It's for dry/damaged hair, adds moisture and leaves hair manageable (thats what the bottle says and it really works). It's one of my faves: Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo: Water, cocoampho-carboxyproprionate, cocamide MEA, polyquarternium-10, Glycol Distearate, Citric Acid, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance and colors.

Either way, it returns the hair to its proper PH level and retains the proper moisture level in hair. It's really good stuff and the price is great. It detangles and so on... I can keep going.

I use Kenra moisturizing shampoo and mizani moisturefuse and they do a great job of not only cleansing but they make my hair really soft as well.

thast funny cause i was thinking of buying the kenra shampoo today... i think i might try it .

I use this poo. Rich & creamy. Extremely moisturizing w/slip.

SLS free. Also contains Carboxcylic acid and Ceramides

I'm looking forward to buying it. Would you say it detangles well? What do the two ingredients listed above mean? :perplexed:

I mainly focus on poo'ing my scalp, but the "run-off" definately detangles and moisturizes the rest of my hair.

As for the Carboxylic Acid: (Thank Supergirl!)
" From a chemistry standpoint, A carboxylic acid group is able to readily bind to amino acids. For your hair, that means that the carboxylic acid is going to help your hair to better bind the protein, (because proteins are made of amino acids)"
(This helps me out when I use a deep penetrating protein cond after I poo)

As for Ceramides: (I copied & pasted this a long time ago, so I don't remember the source, just trust me:grin:)
"Ceramides are important lipids within hair responsible for maintaining proper moisture and elasticity. When hair is overprocessed, these essential Ceramides are depleted, causing hair to become dry, brittle and frail"

HTH
