I don't get the difference between a prepoo and co wash????????

A pre poo is a treatment (oil, conditioner, etc. whatever you choose) that you apply to DRY hair before shampooing. You leave it on for a period of time. Then you rinse it out and start with your shampooing and conditioning and so on.

A co wash is just washing your hair with conditioner. Instead of using shampoo, you use conditioner.

I think you explained that really well :yep:

Glamazon, every time I see you, I want to call you bmore

Yep, glamazon is right :yep:

Pre poo- putting oil, conditioner, honey, etc on your dry hair and leaving it on for a few hours. Then you rinse out the pre poo and shampoo and condition as usual

Co-wash- Wetting your hair and ''washing'' with conditioner. No shampoo or anything else is used. You just massage some conditioner into your wet hair, rinse it out and you're done.

Great explanation, but can I go one step further and ask what EXACTLY does a pre-poo do? I mean what kinds of treatments is its purpose for?
