MN is Miconazole nitrate which is found in vaginal cream such as monistat.

And you just place it on the hair... like from roots to ends? Or do you only place it on certain parts like the scalp? I'm so lost about this. And does it sting? I'm confusederplexed

most people use it with their favorite oil, and rub it directly into their scalp. no stinging, people say it tingles.

We both use Family Dollar. I tried another brand before FD and it didn't work as well.

apply it to the scalp only. it may tend to be a little drying on the hair itself.

I think some apply every day and others may apply a couple of times each week. I use it everyday.

The 7 day advice is used when MN is used to treat yeast infections. I'm not a doctor but I think that's the suggested time to treat a normal yeast infection.
