I finally tried the ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) rinse and you can literally eat off my scalp. I've done it twice so far and I have yet to see a flake.
Coconut oil, Peppermint Oil, and Rosemary Oil are all Oils used to treat dandruff..I mix all of these in a conditioner on dry hair over night as a prepoo. It tingles and feels great. It stimulates the scalp so it also promotes hair growth. I do this 2x to 3x a week......I had bad dandruff I've been trying to get rid of for over 10 years.......and its gone!!!Thanks to LHCF.......
I also keep my scalp clean from dirt and oils
I also use a similar mix. But instead of using rosemary oil, I use rosemary leaves and let the mixture sit for 1 week so that it can "marinade".
I know many suffer from this and it would be nice to know how you ladies manage. God's Blessings and thanks for responding!
Wow....... where do you find the leaves????
Hey Carib!
Are you sure you have dandruff. I thought I had it too for the longest until some recent events. I started a thread about it and the info I found. You might just have negative buildup which will look like dandruff. ACV rinses would be good to try either way.
I was the queen of "corn flakes" my dandruff was so bad, I went to the dermatologist (sp) and got a prescription for Nizerol. Nothing else worked. I don't know if it was that stuff or something else, but I haven't had dandruff for 7 years!!
