I've read several posts where the use of 'herbs' has been mentioned. My question is "what type of herbs is everyone using?"

Also, how are you using your herbs?

Thank you

Hi ICG-I guess it depends on the threads you saw the posts in. If it was in reference to anything ayurvedic then they usually give more detail in the beginning of the thread and include shikakai, amla, neem, brahmi, heena, bhringraj, mahabhringraj or reetha(or ritha) . It could also have been in reference to more common ones like rosemary maybe.

ETA:I use my ayurvedic herbs in an oil and apply to my scalp for massages. I also have herbal poos and condishes that contain these herbs. A lot of users are prepooing with the oils before washing with their powder mixes. I also use rosemary for scalp stimulation

Thanks for everyone's responses.

OK, so when we use the reference 'herbs' we mean jojoba, coconut, etc and not :wallbash: "basil and oregano"

I was in another zone...thought the mentioned herbs were of the spice :spinning: variety.

Ok..I'm back on planet earth, now :yep:

Thanks, again

:) Jojoba and coconut are not herbs they're oils. When we say herbs we mean shikakai, alma, aritha, etc. We infuse those herbs in oils like jojoba, coconut, sesame, etc., so what you end up with is shikakai oil or alma oil, etc., HTH
