What are the best herbs to infuse my oils with?

I went to the supermarket last night and picked up every oil i could find there. I got

Olive Oil
Coconut oil
Walnut oil
Apricot Kernel oil
Avocado Oil
Almond Oil
Grapeseed oil

I want to mix a little of each together and infuse them with a bunch of herbs. What are the best herbs to use. I think I still have some horsetail left from my MoeGro days, but what other herbs should i get?
