I still haven't figured how I should relax my hair (straight or texlaxed)

What about you? What issue can you still not figure out

I still haven't figured out moisture and sealing. I just rinse it every day in the shower, but it is crunchy by the end of the day.

I still havent figured out how much protein my hair needs to stay happy. Im getting a little more shedding/breakage than Im comfortable with right now for no reason bc Ive been taking great care of my hair.....so tomorrow Im gonna clarify and do a protein treatment. Hopefully it helps and doesnt make it worse like in the past.

keeping moisture in my hair. i started Dc with moisture this week and have been moisturizing and sealing twice a day and my hair still gets very dry. plus i clarified this week.

and i have been doing the above, did an emergencee a little over a week ago and still have breakage. I REALLY need to relax, im 14 weeks post and but i know it's not a good idea to relax if you have breakage. i could do a blow out but the heat will just dry out my hair and im trying to fix the dryness because thats whats causing the breakage:wallbash:

this protein moisture balance is killing me, man.

I still can not (for the life of me) get rid of these tangles.

And I still have Trichotillomania so... I still have bald spots.

It may seem kinda lame to some, but I just cannot decide how often to wash my hair :ohwell: Once a week is not enough and every 3 days is too often and gets old...I'm trying to train my scalp to not get so oily...Oh well, I'll keep trying

I can't figure out why i still get lil split ends even with hardly any heat or manipulation.:ohwell:

AND I still don't know why i can't find a shampoo that works with my hair:perplexed

learn to self-relax or continue trying to find the perfect stylist

if I do self-relax, should I go texlaxed or straight (leaning towards texlaxed)

end my stretch next week at 14 weeks or at the middle/end of jan

1, Still tryna decide between Humecto, AO Honeysuckle and Redken Butter Treat as my staple DC ( cuting down on so many products)

2. Trying to decide if I can really eliminate heat or just minimize it.

I still haven't figured out my staple products.

I still haven't figured out how to cornrow.

I still haven't figured out how to get smooth, soft hair (for more than a day).

I have this same problem every winter. :nono:

I just tried something new tonight so let's hope it works out. Otherwise it's back to the drawing board. Again. :wallbash:

I still can't figure out the no combing/low manipulation thing, and I can't figure how to stretch my relaxers past 8 to 9 weeks. If I go past that time, I get breakage at the demarcation line. If I relax at 8 to 9 weeks, I do not. I've proteined and moisturized - no breakage until 9 weeks.

I still have not figured out how to get that GREAT curl definition
or why I'm getting split ends right after a trim:cry2:

Everything and I'm so frustrated! I haven't found that killer regimen, moisture/protien balance, I also haven't mastered cute protective styles. I am also torn about whether that was my last perm in October... or if I should even stop perming at all. I also haven't been consistant like I know I should be. I'm so confused.:wallbash:

I have found that Protectiv Mega Growth Oil allow my hair to dry without the crunchy. I co-wash or wash at night, apply oil over hair, tie with scarf, and let it dry overnight. I also like to add Amla Oil just to the scalp. It should be almostly dry and soft to touch. Then I moisture with Elasta Mango Butter and seal with oil (coconut and mega growth).

My Soft Airdry hair secret.

ITA with you on the tangles. You may have hard water like me. I invested in a shower filter and will be trying it out for the first time this weekend. Will report back to see if there are any differences

I still can not (for the life of me) get rid of these tangles.

How to get rid of split or "L" shaped ends for good.

Any advice please let a sister know asap. I am tired .........

I still havent figured out how to do a bomb Roller Set.

More importantly I havent figured out why the hell my hair is still not damn near APL after being on this hair care journey for almost 2 years? Now aint that bout a *****!

Hmmm...I still have not figured out how often should I use a protein cond vs. how often should I use a moisturizing cond. Sometimes I use a protein one week; then the next week I use a moisture cond. So I am wondering am I using too much protein. Can anyone help me out on this please?

I still can't figure out how to make the hair in the middle back of my head grow as fast as the rest of my hair or keep it from breaking (don't know if it doesn't grow as fast or if it is breaking).

I have not firgured out how to get the same high-gloss super shiney shine that my hairstylists get when styling my own hair.

How to continue my beloved daily CW, without losing the hair in the back of my head from the holders I use. I have no idea what tI can use repeateldy to hold the wet pony tail that won't break off the length beneath it.

I still have not figured out if I am going to transition?

And if I am transitioning I don't know what method to use, I am leaning towards braids.:ohwell:

Aww that sucks. *hug* Are you in therapy for that? Tried any meds?

I still don't have any protein in my regime which is pretty terrible, since I'm relaxed. And especially since I'm addicted to deep-conditioning. I plan on buying some ORS Mayo this weekend though.

I also still don't know some basic stuff like how to part my hair:perplexed but uh...I'm working on it. I'm gonna get my sis to teach me over the break. And how to cornrow (I've got a boyfriend with an afro that needs taming).
