Just wanted to give a rollerset testimonial....I used to air dry a lot and do a lot of wash n gos but I had to constantly apply products to fight dryness. I notice with the rollerset my hair holds moisture a lot better. It feels very soft 2 days later with nothin else applied except serum/oil. I could moisturize my air dried hair 2 or 3 times a day and it would soak it all up and still be dry. I think Ill be rollersetting for the most part from now on!

U know...I air dry a lot too, and I have these same problems with dryness. I will keeps this in mind. :yep:

i haven't had heat on my hair since around july...i airdry and rollerset or rollerset and allow to dry overnight. the pic below is a rollerset i did two days ago. when i comb it out, it's with the shower comb. other than that, i will continue to rollerset before washing again using the sunsilk hydra 24/7 leave-in and castor oil OR this new wondergro(?) shea butter i found, which i use to soften my hair between rollersets. i use magnetic roller currently, but i used the satin bendable rollers when my hair was ultra-short.

you ladies got some great hair! wow!

Looking great in here ladies!!!

Ronday123: Your hair is looking great to be 5 days old.

Thanks!!! I make that rollerset last...:lachen:I wash and rollerset my hair every weekend (Sunday). I wrap my hair with a silk scarf every night until it is time to wash and roller set again.

Letitia, your hair is gorgeous and so thick...I love it!!!

Okay let me admit I am sitting here hating on every single one of you because I still can't rollerset yet.

That is just it I have to get the DVD.

My poor BF had to endure me hollering every few seconds, DAAAAAAAAAAAMN baby look at her hair.

I think if I whine and pout long enough he might buy the DVD for me just to shut me up.:lachen:

Seriously though you all have some really lovely hair.

Everyone's hair looks so pretty! I envy you ladies who are adept at styling. Makes me *almost* wanna start rollersetting.

I have a couple in my blog. I just did a rollerset on dry hair and it came out pretty good. http://regalbal.blogspot.com

ETA: And of course the pic in my siggy is the results of a rollerset.

Your hair is Gorgeous!!!! I am somewhat of a newbie, and it floors me because i read alot about protective hair styling. I hate wearing my hair up, you are my inspiration!!! I've alway's thought to myself , that God is no respector of persons, if our hair is beautiful, why do we have to keep it up in Buns etc.

Someone asked about naturals that rollerset? I used to go in to get it done, and it turned out fabulous. I could keep in for 2 weeks, and the shrinkage didn't matter either! I must find a picture...
