Bublin, Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients: Water, cetyl alcohol, cyclopentasiloxane, stearyl alcohol, behentrimonium chloride, behetrimonium methosulfate, laryl slcohol, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), hydrolyzed wheat protein, hydgrogenated vegetable oil, hydroxyethylcellulose, ceteareth-20, fragrance, butylene glycol, dimethicone, dimethiconol, cyclohexasiloxane, disodum EDTA, citric acid, DMDM hydantoin, iodoproynl butylcarbmate, yellow 10, orange 4

I have a 2 oz sample that I got when I bought the CP (which I ended up not liking) and after quite a few uses, there's still some left in the jar. A little goes a long way. I really liked the RR but I can't see spending $48 + $10 shipping for it though. It wasn't that great. :look:
 
I did their BOGO sale last year and I still have some curly pudding...I need some more baby buttercreme, though. I wonder if the sale applies to the new smaller sizes as well.:rolleyes:

It should. How do you like the CP? It made my hair dry up like a cotton ball. Not to mention look like one. :look: I really wanted to like it. :ohwell:
 
That travel size value pack is looking good for a bunch of stocking stuffers. I could buy two of those and have a gift for everyone in the fam! :lachen:

To be honest, the Fantasia IC does way better. If I used the CP, it had to be on wet hair and I would shingle with it. It turned out cute that way. I mostly use it in my daughter's hair for her twists and bantu knots

Girl the Fantasia IC is my favorite. I go through tubs of that stuff. I just bought another one today. :grin: Maybe I should be happy the CP doesn't work for me. The Fantasia gel is less than $5.

yep and for the most part, you can get it anywhere!! (Did I tell you I got a new job...well that's neither here nor there)<---That was my ADD moment.
But I loves me some Fantasia IC. Do you use it on your hair while it's dry?? How long do your wash-n-gos last?

I bought that during the summer and I did not like it......granted it did my hair well...the style looked nice and shiny but 2 days later the thing start turning white in my hair.....I washed it off and never touched it again. I like the buttercreme though.
 
Does anyone know if Ricky's is also honoring this sale? They did last winter/Christmas and I was able to pick some up from Ricky's in Florida while I was on vacation. I refuse to pay $49.00 USD or $54.00 for expedited shipping via UPS.

I have cousins in New York and New Jersey - anyone know how much they charge to ship to Brooklyn?

Thank you soo much for posting!!! I was just about to order a stash of buttercreme and rapid recovery (still have pudding from the last sale) but thought I should wait for a sale, well here I go now!!! :grin:
 
Yeah I am hoping they honor it again at Ricky's. I'm sure I'll be there in December, and I'll probably just buy two Baby Buttercreams. I tried the RR and it did revive my curls, but not enough for $50. When I did the DC with pureed banana, EVOO and honey I got the SAME results, even better now that I think about it.
 
I am SOOOOO ON THIS!!!!!

I hope the sale is honored at the retail stores too like last year.

The Buttercremes and Rapid Recovery are my favorites!

Thanks so much for posting this. I realized that it was almost a full year ago that I bought two buttercremes and two curly puddings. Those buttercremes are the best thing I have ever used in my hair and now I know that I can go through two 16 oz per year. Thanks again; I think I might place an order right now!!

I'm going to call a location tomorrow to find out. I'm off work for the rest of the week, so won't be in the city. If they are honoring it, I hope they have some products left on the shelf after the holiday!
 
I don't know why in the world I crept into this thread, but temptation got the best of me, as always:grin: I think I'll get the sample size (the gift set). I refuse to pay that much for a product (not to mention that outrageous shipping) I may not even like. Thanks for posting this though. I've been wanting to try MissJessie's out for the longest.
 
I just called a retail store in Jersey and a Ricky's in NYC and they both said the products are regular price right now (20% off all products at Ricky's)

I use it on both wet and dry hair. I use it for everything. I only really wear wash and goes for a day or two at a time though.
 
Does any know if this sale will go on until the end of December?

I purchased the 2 oz. sizes from CurlMart and was pleased with both the Curly Pudding and the Curly Buttercream, however, those 2 oz. sizes are not worth it! Either go big or go home because you'll waste $$ that could've went to the next size up!!
 
Just called the one on U street in D.C. and they're going to honor the bogo sale as well. But the dude said he has to order a shipment so to come sometime next week (11/27 and on since they're closed on Monday). So I'll be getting my buttercreme. Yay!!!!
