I ordered La Bomba Rinse last week, and I like it a lot, but it says to only leave on for 3-5 minutes, but to me that seems like a short time to just turn around and wash it out. Fifteen minutes sounds better, but does it really make no difference, or are the results truly much better? TIA for any replies:)

Just a few minutes. I don't even get out of the shower. I guess that's why they are called rinses. Strangely, I just used La Bomba for the first time Wed. I used the cond first for about 20 min under the dryer and then followed with the rinse as directed. I think I liked the product, but the timing was wrong. I'm 9 wks post and it did nothing for tangles. I had slapped some NONI on for about 5 min and it melted the tangles away. I will try La Bomba again when I don't have so much ng.

I do the normal 3 to 5 minutes. But I also DC and a dominican rinse is my icing on the cake. Plus I do my hair in the shower and I am just ready to be done with washing my hair.

Since I use the rinse after my DC, I only leave it on for the recommended time but I'm sure it couldn't hurt to leave it in a bit longer. I also apply just a little as a leave-in from time to time.

Hey, it's a rinse, not a deep conditioner. It's up to you how long you keep it on but rinses are not deep conditioners--they're solely meant for detangling purposes after you do all of your cleansing and deep conditioning.

Save yourself some time and just leave it on for a few minutes. Shoot, I only keep mine in for 1 minute and my detangles just fine.

Thank you for your replies. Yes, I used it after my DC with La Bomba Conditioner like the directions said, but I've heard about people using them a leave-ins too, but just a small amount though. I may try that next time, and mix a little with my Silicon mix leave-in. Thanx for all the advise and replies so far:yep:

La Bomba was just ok for me. I liked it but didnt love it. Now Noni, that ish is the truth. I would be 12wks post with silkiness and no hair in my comb. I consider wheat germ, 12 en 1 and Noni my tops.

I love the Praital Silk Worm and Sole & Cinnamon rinses I usally leave them on for 5 min minutes and it works like a charm.
I have to have the gallon sizes.:yep:
