What i did. I had cornrows a few times, then i got micros for two months. Once i got my micros out i was able to put my hair in a ponypuff. I use miss jessies baby buttercreme and eco styler gel and put it in the pony tail and go, when i would get home i would just tie it up and go to sleep. the shampoo and conditioner was a cheapie one, that i was trying to get rid of. Now I use mane and tail deep conditioning shampoo and conditioner, fermdoyl roux, leave in conditioner and miss jessies baby buttercreme, put it in a pony and go

i stopped up my bathtub with my hair lol, but that was a year worth of shedding in my drain lol
