i attempted to do a rollerset and it came out like a mess so I blowdried instead .. now I am on a no growth aid for th month of october because I want my relaxer to last for some event that I am attending .. but lo and behold the NG I need advice to tame it now I don't want to look all crazy ... TIA

Your growth is coming in amazingly fast. Can you please remind us how you are using MN and what you are adding to it? As for taming the NG, many ladies here have suggested using S-Curl. I can't really say because I keep my hair up or in a bun 99% of the time and never wear it down. I have to congratulate you on all your success, though.

Maybe other ladies would like to chime in?

NO I DID NOT INFACT i WAS ALMOST BALD BECAUSE I WAS UNDER SO MUCH STRESS FROM A CUSTODY BATTLE WITH MY EX .. THAT I WENT NATURAL FOR A WHILE AND THEN KEPT PUTTING IN WEAVES BECAUSE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH NATURAL HAIR .. ANYWAY WHEN I DECIED TO PERM AFTER MY NEW BABY I HAD ALMOST 6 INCHES OF SPLIT ENDS SO CHOPED ALL OF THAT OFF SO THE PIC YOU SEE IN THE SIGGY IS THAT FIRST RELAXER IN 2 YEARS. AND EVER SINCE I HAVE BEEN GROWING THIS HAIR .. SO I NEVER EVEN HAD NOTHING LONGER THAN EAR LENGTH BEFORE HAIR FORUMS

"Miconazole Nitrate". It's found in products such as Monistat (yes...vag cream!) and Neosporin. It helps alot of ladies achieve growth in a short time period. You can do a search for "monistat" and find lots of info in this HTH!
