Is this a good protein conditioner? How did it work for you?

Post 1 tells it all. This is why I bought Joico in the first place. I don't know if this is mild or not. It doesn't feel like a hardcore protein. Maybe medium? Sorry, I'm not helpful.

i just ordered some of this stuff. is it used like a strong protein,i.e aphogee or nexxus emergencee,or can it be used regularly.

After rereading the thread I linked, it would be a hardcore protein, but it doesn't leave your hair feeling hard, something to do with keratin. The thread I linked mentions that. I use it every 6-12 weeks. All the Joico line has keratin protein in it, so I don't feel the need to do it more often.
