Is it the same consistency as the Sidr Tree Butter Balm (creamy)?

No, I don't find them to be similar at all.

Hemp Seed Butter is creamier.

I agree with HoneyDew. Hemp Seed butter is very rich and creamy. I love this stuff, btw. I just ordered a pound so I can give a little to my mother and sister. I use it from head to toe.

So, it's not the same consistency as the Avocado butter and the Red Palm Butter (lardish)? I'm looking for something creamy and not as greasy.:perplexed

I just received my order and plan on doing the same thing... head to toe.

Good for you. Let me know how you like it. My mom and sister love it. I use it all the time. For my hair, sometimes I mix it with a little castor oil since I use that every day, anyway. I love it to keep my edges and ends nice and moist.

I like the way it is creamy but sinks in. I use Sidr also and the Sidr is oilier, imo.

A creamy butter without having to mix it with oils/glycerin like products? Hmm...I might have try this. I used Qhemet's Sidr Tree Butter Balm in the past and I thought it did a pretty good job on my hair as far as keeping it moist BUT it also caused massive shedding. :ohwell: If this butter is better than that then I might just try it...*crosses fingers* that it's as good as the reviews say it is and that it does not cause shedding. :look:

For those who are using it from head to toe (body) wise, how do you store it?

And are you mixing it with anything?

I see the ebay resource is no longer around. I get mine from amazon Hemp Seed Nut Butter it's $8 for 10 ounces which is pretty good and it leaves my hair feeling super soft.

I wet the length of my hair w/ water and use the hemp seed butter to seal it then wrap it up in a bun.

For storage, I keep it in the refrigerator. Same as hemp seed oil to prevent it from going rancid
