Qhemet Biologics - problems with ordering?

Hi ladies - I just put in an order for some Sidr Tree Butter Balm last Tuesday (4/25) and haven't gotten so much as a "shipped order" notice. Does it take a long time for Qhemet's products to ship?

I've ordered from them twice. It usually takes about a week or 2 for me to get my products. I don't recall getting a shipping notice either.

I usually get a confirmation email pretty quickly. If you have concerns just email her, she usually responds quickly.

Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I got an order confirmation email right after I ordered and a shipping confirmation email the day my order was sent which was about 8 days after ordering.

I ordered my stuff on April 24 and received it May 4.

It usually takes a week or so to receive your order. Just send her an email and she will get ack to u within 24 hrs.

I always order from www.curlmart.com I get my order in 3 days. when I order from her site it takes about a week or 2.

yes curlmart is better, unfortunately, they're always out of the heavy cream!! So, i had no choice but to place an order with qhemets. The last time it took about 2 weeks to arrive!

Hey ladies - I emailed Qhemet and she responded promptly! I got my order today (Saturday). I can't wait to try my Sidr Tree butter balm. Thanks for all your replies.
